SPRING CONCERT Live From Home

How It Works & Why You Should Attend

How does it work: Turn on your device and join the Zoom meeting as you would do for your regular music lesson. This time on the screen will be not only your teacher but many other students joining the session from their homes. The order of the performances will be sent out prior to the session so the student will know when to get ready on their instrument. Every performer will take a turn and play their piece of music.

When: Saturday, September 4. Two sessions to choose from: AM session – 10:30am; PM session – 4pm

Duration: depending on the number of participants between 60 and 90 minutes

What to perform: Limitless options! Choose a favourite tune that you’ve played before, a piece of music you’re currently working on or even just a section of a song. It’s all about sharing the joy of music and celebrating each other’s musical achievements during the lockdown.

Why should you attend:

  • Working on a Specific Goal
  • Motivation to Practice
  • Build Confidence
  • Discover New Pieces of Music
  • Accessible & Inclusive Event
  • Meet and perform with like-minded students

How to attend:

All students must register to perform – https://bit.ly/3CnzQij

Registrations are be completed before Sunday 22 August in order to finalise students and running order.

Thanks for reading and we’re looking forward to putting on this performance opportunity for students during lockdown.
